Please note that I typically require 24hrs. advanced notice for new clients. Existing clients can bypass this page and contact me directly on my private phone or email address for same day or future bookings.

Verification Options

Before confirming our appointment, you must clear my verification process. You have 4 options to verify your identity with me.

Option 1: Verify via Referrals

You may verify via at least 3 referrals from reputable providers that you have worked with in the past 6 months. Enter their information in the indicated field in the below form, or you may text or email the information.

Option 2: Social Media Verification & Government ID Verification

You may also verify your identity by providing me with a copy of your government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport), along with a link to your LinkedIn or public Facebook profile. To use this option, email the following to the email address below. All images will be deleted immediately after verification.

Option 3: Employment Verification

You may verify your identity via your employment. How this works is you provide me with your business name, the main phone number (not your direct line, must be through the main trunk), and a story I will give to the operator or receptionist that answers so that I can be routed to your extension. Once connected to you I will speak briefly just to confirm that you’ve been verified, the call will be very discreet.

Option 4: P411

Members of P411 may submit requests via their network, and must not pass their ID via email, text, or the form on this site as doing so will break their TOS. Click here to log in and submit your request.

How to Submit your Verification Information

You can submit your request through my SSL secured Booking Request Form, via email, or you can text my booking phone number.  Please make sure you have read my website in its entirety before booking an appointment with me. Until I have received all of the requested information I cannot confirm an appointment with you.
